A mutual NDA first, then the commercial and OEM licence agreement — territory, pricing, support levels and data responsibilities, in writing.
Deployment

We stand up your instance — our cloud, your cloud or on-premise — with your brand, domain, modules and data migration.
Training

Role-wise sessions for administrators, doctors, front desk, pharmacy and lab, plus a train-the-trainer track for your own team.
Launch

You go live and start selling — in one country or several — with our team on second-line support behind yours.

Timelines depend on scope and are agreed in writing at the agreement stage.
